My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mountain Village. The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The cabin was also conveniently located to the restaurant and the marina.The only caveat we had were the swallows that love to reside on the beams outside of the house. The noise started every morning at daylight and lasted through the day. It's obvious they have done all they can do to deter the birds from the property but a staff member said nothing has helped. If you're an early riser this won't be much of a problem. If not, you'll definitely be an early riser before you leave.All in all, we did enjoy our stay and would return here again.

We rented cabin 26 and it was perfect. The views are amazing and the cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. The location could have not been better and in close proximity to RMNP and other activities. Don't hesitate!

Absolutely beautiful cabin in a great location! High end, comfortable furnishings. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We didn't use the 2 pull out sofas but it was great that they were available. The hot tub and patio felt very private since there are no other cabins behind it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals and grilling. There were only 4 of us but we definitely could have comfortably had 6 or even 8 people.

We had a fantastic time at this cabin. The location was amazing - loved being able to walk along the lake and quickly drive to the RMNP entrance. We also loved getting to use the fireplace and patio. We cooked a few meals here too and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. All was amazing and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had such a great experience! From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly responsive and proactive regarding our trip. Throughout the entire time, they were available for anything that we needed and even called to be sure everything went well upon arrival! The house was perfectly located right by the lake with a lot to do and even within walking distance of downtown. The house itself was so clean, and the owners were very prepared, even leaving dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. Any pot/pan or cooking utensil you need, they had it! They even had a binder of amenities and helpful information for the house and the area it was located. We will absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was great from beginning to end. First off, as we arrived at our cabin, we were thrilled to be greeted by 40+ elk who were wandering around the grounds. We had a little trouble getting the keypad to unlock the door but the hosts were just a call away and it was taken care of immediately. The cabin itself is gorgeous with great lighting, fixtures, furniture, everything. Now I want to build a house and use this place for inspiration. It's close to Lake Estes and we took walks around it which is about 3.75 miles I think. The scenery is of course beautiful. It was the anchor of our our 4 day trip to Colorado and we loved it. I rented this place because I wanted my wife and 2 older sons to feel special and have lasting memories. That's what we got.

The place was super nice. I'd book again at the same place but maybe a different unit. This one, while being true as an end unit, was right next to the main entrance as well as the entrance to a popular restaurant and the marina. So sitting out in the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace felt not very private. Otherwise this place was fantastic.

We waited until the last minute to book a Spring Break stay in Estes Park and we were very pleasantly surprised when we checked into our cabin at Mountain Village. The style and décor was amazing. It felt very modern and cozy. The hot tub on a snowy day added to our experience as well as walking around the lake. Our family is inspired to return to Estes and specifically to one of the Mountain Village cabins.

My kids loved the stay and continue to talk about it as highlight of the Colorado trip. Elks were right in front of the cabin when we woke up in the morning. Amazing. We hope to be back.

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room and nice amenities with the fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full dinner - even specialty items like a crock pot and blender. The hosts left a thoughtful gift basket that included some local treats. The cabin is part of a complex and some cabins are located closer to the main road than others, but there is a great view from the property and includes some additional amenities at the nearby resort. Would definitely recommend.
