Ed’s Cantina and Grill

HomeEstes Park RestaurantsEd’s Cantina and Grill

You won’t want to leave Estes Park without visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. And if you’re going to the Rocky Mountain National Park, you might want to stop in at Ed’s Cantina and Grill before for a filling lunch or afterward, for a dinner that’ll rejuvenate you after a long day at the park. Locally owned since the 80s, Ed’s Cantina and Grill is a mainstay you can’t miss out on.

Appetizers

Let’s start your meal off on a delicious note with your pick of appetizers. Choose from wild mushroom flatbread, goat cheese egg rolls with onion-habanero jam, a steak quesadilla, bacon-wrapped jalapenos, chips and salsa, guacamole with tortilla chips, roasted jalapeno avocado hummus with chips, and queso dip with chips.

Entrees

Once you’ve ordered your appetizers and drinks, it’s time to get down to the business of your main meal! Go for one of the house specialties, like the chimichanga with its filling that changes daily, or the bison enchiladas. Perhaps you’ll munch on one of the burgers, like the Justin’s burger with avocado, serrano goat cheese spread, and pepper jack.

Grab a plate of three yummy tacos, with your pick of fish, chicken with avocado salsa, steak, bison, and veggie. Or munch on a burrito, such as the large 14er with steak, chorizo, bacon, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, rice and pinto beans. Other burrito options are bison, chicken, and veggie. You don’t even need to get your burrito wrapped up in tortilla – you can order a burrito bowl instead, with pico de gallo and lettuce.

Ed’s Cantina Happy Hour

Come in between 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and get select drinks discounted to between $2 and $8. For snacks, you can order nachos, goat cheese egg rolls, roasted jalapeno avocado hummus with tortilla chips, chips and salsa, a fish taco, a veggie taco, or a bison taco. Select snack items are gluten-free.
